When you visit
When you open a page, the web server delivers it. Like every web server, ours keeps a technical access log: IP address, time, requested file, browser type. It serves solely to run the server securely and is deleted automatically after a short time. We do not evaluate it for anything else. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure operation, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Language
Your language choice travels in the page address (?lang=…). Nothing is stored on your device.
When you write to us
If you email us, we process your address and your message in order to answer you. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation and legal retention periods require.
Where data is processed
On servers in the European Union. No transfer to third countries, no automated decision-making, no profiling.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@desteba.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
